I’m currently having immunotherapy treatment at a private oncology clinic in Germany. I can’t get this treatment in the UK as it isn’t approved by NICE for my form of cancer. The treatment is working but it is expensive. I’m initially having treatment every three weeks for three months, then I go onto a maintenance program to keep the cancer from returning. After June I need to return to the Hallwang after three months then probably every six months (unless the immunotherapy drugs are approved for use for me in the meantime).
I’ve sent around £130,000 so far and each visit costs me around £25,000 as the drugs are expensive. I am going to run out of money so I’m asking for help.
Update July 2017: I completed the minimum course of Treatment at The Hallwang Clinic, the results were amazing but I wasn’t quite clear. It cost £170,000 and they wanted me to continue but unfortunately I can’t afford to. I managed to gain the interest of the Immunology Dept at Southampton University Hospital and they are continuing my treatment but I still have to fund my drugs as so far the NHS has refused to, despite the fact that they are working. This costs me around £6000 every three weeks.
There are two ways to donate, you can either use my Gofundme page or you can send me a donation directly (any amount you want) using my PayPal link
You can also help fund my treatment just by shopping online!
Thank you so much for helping to save my life.
